These terms describe the €499 AreteAIOS cohort ticket: one person, one cohort of your choice, with platform, community and individual setup support. Earlier purchases keep the terms agreed when they were bought.
Who you are dealing with
AreteAIOS is run by Full Digital, a registered association in Latvia, registration number 40008303188, registered on 18 December 2020. That is the legal entity your payment goes to. The postal address is Priedaines iela 16, Ikšķile, Ogres novads, LV-5052, Latvia. Your contact for anything on this page is Egils Boitmanis at egils@areteaios.com.
What you are buying
One ticket for one person to attend one AreteAIOS cohort of their choice. You can join the next available cohort or arrange a later one. The ticket includes platform access, learning materials and session recordings, the entrepreneur community, and one 90-minute individual onboarding and technical setup session with Egils Boitmanis or Gianluca Giuliani. It does not include unlimited cohort attendance, a subscription or the fees for third-party AI tools.
Choosing your cohort
The next announced English cohort runs from 16 November to 10 December 2026, with eight sessions over four weeks. Mondays are 17:00–18:30 and Thursdays 17:00–18:00, Europe/Riga. Egils and Gianluca lead it together. You do not have to attend this group. Your unused ticket has no expiry date. Reply to your invoice email to agree your preferred cohort with us; your selection on the page is a preference until we confirm it. Future dates are announced separately. Before your confirmed cohort starts, contact us if you need to arrange a later start.
Platform, community and individual help
The ticket includes twelve months of platform, learning material, recording and community access from the start of your chosen cohort. We arrange access and the individual setup session with you by email. The 90 minutes are one individual session with either Egils or Gianluca for onboarding and technical setup, booked at a mutually agreed time. The platform continues to develop; your access includes available materials and updates during that period. The files and instructions you create remain yours after access ends.
What it costs
The launch offer is €499 per person, paid once in euro. The planned standard price is €1,299 when the full platform is ready, a difference of €800. This is a comparison with the planned standard price, not a claim that the ticket was previously sold for €1,299. Full Digital is the seller. No VAT is added. Without a promotion code the checkout total is €499. If you have a valid promotion code, enter it in Stripe before paying; the final amount is shown there and on your invoice. One code can be used per purchase; codes cannot be combined. Buying at the launch price fixes what you pay for this ticket, even if you attend a later cohort.
How you get a place
A call is optional. You can pay through Stripe without booking a call. No Circle account is required to pay. If you would rather talk it through first, you can book a call. If, after payment, either you or Full Digital decides the cohort is not a good fit, the refund policy below applies.
Paying
Payment is handled by Stripe. You type your card details into Stripe's own form and we never see or store your card number. Payment is due in full when you take your place.
Refunds
The refund policy at /refund is part of these terms. You receive a full refund of the amount you paid any time before your chosen cohort starts and during its first two weeks if it is not for you; one email is enough. The period follows the cohort you actually join, not the next advertised date. A refunded ticket cannot be used to join another cohort, and the associated paid access ends. After the first two weeks our additional refund promise ends. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
What we promise and what we do not
We promise the sessions, the materials and the community, and that a real person answers you. We do not promise you money. What your business brain earns depends on your business and on the hours you put in between the sessions. Nobody here will tell you a figure you can expect, because nobody honestly can.
If a date has to move
If a session has to move we tell you as early as we can and it is recorded. If we have to call off the cohort before it starts, you get all your money back, without asking.
Your work and our material
The videos, slides and written materials stay ours. Use them to run your own business. Do not resell them, republish them, or run them as your own programme. Everything you build, your business brain and your files, is yours. The public method and skills library are published on GitHub under CC BY 4.0. The ticket pays for the live programme, individual help and the access described above.
The group
One rule. What other people share in the calls and the community stays there. Bring it up outside the group and you are out, with no refund.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Latvia, and a dispute would be heard by the courts of Latvia. If something goes wrong, write to egils@areteaios.com first. Most things get sorted that way.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top moves. Changes do not apply backwards to a cohort you have already paid for.
Earlier cohort purchases
These ticket terms do not replace an earlier purchase. If you bought the previous eight-week cohort, its agreed price, weekly teaching and question sessions, onboarding, two industry small-group calls, community access and twelve months of platform and recording access remain as promised at purchase.
