What you are buying, what we owe you, and what we do not promise.
Who you are dealing with
AreteAIOS is run by Full Digital, a registered association in Latvia, registration number 40008303188, registered on 18 December 2020. That is the legal entity your payment goes to. What you are buying
A place in the September 2026 AreteAIOS eight-week live cohort. The programme runs for eight weeks. Each week has a module call and a separate open question and answer call, live on Thursdays at 17:00 Riga, 16:00 Berlin, 15:00 London, 10:00 New York. There is an onboarding call before you start, and two additional small group calls grouped by industry. You get access to the community while the programme runs, and an invitation to the AIOS Builders Board once your Business Brain is working. You also get twelve months of platform access, including the videos, the skills library and the session recordings. It is a small group and it is taught live.
What it costs
First 10 seats: €399. After the first 10: €499. Planned standard price for future cohorts: €1,299. Prices are in euro. Full Digital is not registered for VAT in Latvia. VAT is not charged, so the price shown is the full amount and nothing is added at checkout.
How you get a place
A call is optional. You can pay through Stripe without booking a call. No Circle account is required to pay. If you would rather talk it through first, you can book a call. If, after payment, either you or Full Digital decides the cohort is not a good fit, the refund policy below applies.
Paying
Payment is handled by Stripe. You type your card details into Stripe's own form and we never see or store your card number. Payment is due in full when you take your place.
Refunds
The refund policy at /refund is part of these terms. You receive a full refund any time before your cohort starts. You also receive a full refund during the first two weeks if you find it is not for you; one email is enough. After that there are no refunds.
What we promise and what we do not
We promise the sessions, the materials and the community, and that a real person answers you. We do not promise you money. What your business brain earns depends on your business and on the hours you put in between the sessions. Nobody here will tell you a figure you can expect, because nobody honestly can.
If a date has to move
If a session has to move we tell you as early as we can and it is recorded. If we have to call off the cohort before it starts, you get all your money back, without asking.
Your work and our material
The videos, slides and written materials stay ours. Use them to run your own business as much as you like. Do not resell them, republish them, or run them as your own programme. Everything you build with them, your own business brain and your own files, is yours and we make no claim on it. The method itself is published openly on GitHub under CC BY 4.0, so the method is free to anyone who wants it. What you are paying for is the eight weeks with us.
The group
One rule. What other people share in the calls and the community stays there. Bring it up outside the group and you are out, with no refund.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Latvia, and a dispute would be heard by the courts of Latvia. If something goes wrong, write to egils@areteaios.com first. Most things get sorted that way.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top moves. Changes do not apply backwards to a cohort you have already paid for.
