The nine questions find the one job that, handed over first, gives you back the most: the one that brings the biggest result or removes the biggest doubt. Then the second, then the third. Every role runs on the same floor, a folder of plain files your business owns, so the second role takes days, not weeks.

Follows up in your words, keeps one honest list of who is waiting, and sends nothing alone

The morning list

Each weekday it reads your inbox, your calendar and your open conversations file, then tells you the three people waiting on you, what each one asked, and what you promised them last time.

The follow-up you keep meaning to send

It drafts the message from what the person actually wrote in the thread, in your voice, and saves it to your Drafts folder in Gmail or Microsoft Outlook. You read it, change a line, send it yourself.

Notes after every call

You tell it in two sentences what happened. It drafts the record entry: what they objected to, what you offered, the next step and the date. You approve it, so nothing lives only in your head.

One honest list of open conversations

It keeps one plain file, open-conversations.md, in your Business Brain: a line per person with last contact, next step and who owes whom a reply. It proposes updates from your mail, you approve them.

How I run it

1,303 calls in one table, 682 of them fully enriched. The tool that writes rows into my client list has no delete command in it, on purpose. And the honest part: 2,422 contacts sitting in an outreach account with zero messages sent, because I never built the thing I am describing to you. That is exactly why this role is the one I need too (as of 1 September 2026).

What it does not do

What it does not do: it does not send anything on its own, and it does not decide who is worth your time. You approve, it acts. That is the setting you keep for the first month.
