03 / What you will build
The parts of your AI Business Brain.
These are the topics we put into practice together. Choose one recurring business task, then use it to build and test your brain throughout the cohort.
Topic 1
AI understands your business and how you want it to work.
Bring together your offer, customers, priorities and tone. Write the rules that guide your AI, including what it can do and what needs your approval. Check the context in a fresh chat.

Topic 2
Useful knowledge survives the end of a chat.
Save facts, decisions and corrections in files you own. Decide what is worth keeping, where it belongs and how to update it, so you can return to the work without explaining everything again.

One real task becomes a workflow you can repeat.
Choose a task such as drafting an email, preparing for a sales call or reviewing an ad. Save its steps, inputs and a good example. Run it on real work, check the result and repeat it with your corrections.

A clear job for AI, with you in control.
See how an agent can use your context and skills with business tools. Define its job, the access it needs and the point where you review its work. Choose a sensible next connection for your workflow.

AI can find the information your task needs.
Organise and name your documents so the relevant context is easy to retrieve. Test which files help, ask AI to show its sources and check that the answer uses the right information.

Your business brain can move with you.
Keep your context, memory and instructions in a structure you own. Test them in a fresh chat, demonstrate your workflow and set a weekly maintenance routine. Learn what you can move to another AI tool and what may need adapting.

06 / Before you join
A few practical questions.
Do I have to join in November?
No. The ticket covers one cohort of your choice. Join the next available group or arrange a later start with us. It is not a subscription or unlimited attendance at every cohort.
What happens after I pay?
Your paid Full Digital invoice arrives by email. Reply to arrange your cohort, platform access and the 90-minute setup session.
What is the 90-minute session for?
It is one individual session with Egils or Gianluca for onboarding and technical setup. We can help you organise your files, set up your tools and work through the part that is stopping you from getting started.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Bring a real business task, the information it needs and time to practise. We build the first workflow together. Any paid AI tools you choose are separate from the ticket.
Is the platform already finished?
The materials and platform continue to develop. The €499 launch offer includes access to what is available and the updates during your access period. €1,299 is the planned standard price once the full platform is ready.
What if the dates stop working for me?
Contact us before your cohort starts so we can arrange a later group. The exact access period and refund rules are set out in the purchase terms.
