Three words, used precisely
- A second brain
- A personal filing system. Notes, links, things you saved so you can find them again. It remembers for you, and that is where it stops. It does not do any of the work.
- A business brain
- The same idea for the company, one step further. Not just what you saved, but how the business actually runs: offers, clients, numbers, past decisions, the way you answer people. Plain files the company owns, in a shape an AI can read before it answers.
- An AIOS
- AI Operating System. The brain in operation. A brain is what the business knows; an AIOS is that knowledge doing the work, in five layers, wired to the tools you already pay for.

Five layers, not five tools
The five layers are how the hundreds of pieces get sorted: what the business stands for, what it remembers, what it repeats, what it is allowed to touch, and what matters this week. Pick a layer. This is the same map we build from in the session.

In a real business
One plain file the system reads before it answers: what the business is for, how you sound, and the lines it must not cross. Nothing goes outside without approval, no price that is not in your offers file.

Five layers is structure, not a product. What makes it live is that the right context gets picked for the job, and your corrections go back into the system instead of dying in a chat window.
05 / How the session runs
Ninety minutes, and most of it is us building.
Up to ninety minutes with Egils and Gianluca. We show you where each piece of an AI operating system lives, and then we build one on screen with the ChatGPT desktop app and a folder on a real computer.

The setup, live. The ChatGPT desktop app, because it can read a folder on your computer instead of starting over in a chat window.

The brain dump. A real business written into that folder: what it sells, who it serves, how it decides, how it answers.

The three automations that free up most of an owner's time, set up in front of you rather than described.
- 05
Then we point ChatGPT at the folder and ask it something it could not have answered an hour earlier. That answer is the result you leave with.

Your questions, answered live, and what the cohort adds on top of what you just watched.
What to have open
- The ChatGPT desktop app on your computer, macOS or Windows.
- At minimum a registered ChatGPT account. A paid one gets more out of the live build.
- Nothing else to install. No code at any point.
By the end there is a small working system on screen, not a slide about one.

- The last part of the session is about the cohort, and we say so up front. The method itself is yours either way, and it is public on GitHub.
10 / After the session
The cohort
The masterclass builds the first piece. The cohort is the eight week version, in a small group.
The masterclass gets the thing built. The cohort is for what comes after, and by then the problem is not technical any more.
Once your brain exists, what is missing is ideas, and other people to measure them against. With the tools already on our desks we could be doing several times what we do, not because the tools are missing or broken, but because we have to break our own habits first. That goes faster in a group where you can see what other people have already made work, and what they tried and dropped.
